What a good vertical UGC cut actually takes — and what’s in the $99.
This is our working spec, published on purpose. Every item below is included in the base edit. The paid extras are on top of it, never instead of it.

What files can I send?
Anything a phone or camera shoots — MP4, MOV, HEVC, ProRes. Up to 2 GB per order, straight after checkout.
How fast do I get it back?
24 hours is the standard, and it’s guaranteed. If you need it inside 12 hours, add the rush at checkout — it’s a +$29 add-on, not the default.
How long can the video be?
Up to 60 seconds in the base edit. 90 seconds and 3 minutes are add-ons.
Is my video edited by a human or by AI?
A human. Every $99 edit is cut by a person and checked before it goes out. We do offer AI-generated video, but it’s a separate service you order deliberately, and we label the output as AI — so you can’t end up with it by accident.
What counts as a revision?
One round of notes on the delivered cut — timing, captions, music, trims. A different concept is a new edit.
What if you miss the deadline?
You get the edit free. If you’d rather not wait, we refund you in full.
Who owns the finished video?
You do — organic and paid, no time limit. We only reuse a clip as a sample if you say yes.
Why only 9:16?
Because that’s what we’re good at. Need 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9 too? They’re add-ons, reframed properly from the vertical master.
What exactly is the AI video?
A UGC-style spot with an AI-generated presenter and AI-generated scenes. Labelled as AI. Quoted per variant count.
